Everyone wants to have a healthy body,but how to keep healthy?I will tell you the way of keeping healthy.

First,you must eat good food everyday.You should have a balanced diet,you should eat fruit everyday,and eat more vegetables.Fruit and vegetables are a good source of vitamins,minerals and fibre,they can help you grow and stay healthy.

Second,you should do more sports,like running,walking and riding.They can make you stronger and stronger.

Third,you must have a happy life,don't be mad at someone,don' sad!
